Geotechnical Engineer
As
a Geotechnical
Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the Geotechnical
Engineering practice in several branch offices.
You will be supervising and mentoring Geotechnical staff, as well as
hiring, developing, and mentoring new staff members. You will be developing and maintaining
new/existing clientele relationships in the region and developing new business
as well in the land development area and with the oil and gas industries. You will be preparing technical reports,
specification, construction plans, geotechnical recommendations and proposal
writing.
Requirements:
· Bachelors in Geotechnical
Engineering.
· Must be a
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and
West Virginia.
· Must have 12+
years experience of Commercial, Industrial, Retail and/or Hi-Rise Geotechnical
experience in Western Pennsylvania. Past
field experience with Geotechnical investigations and construction inspection
experience.
· Must have 5+
years of Geotechnical experience with oil and gas projects. This should include geological hazard
analysis, HDD design, slope stability and mine stabilization.
· You will be
traveling between offices.
