Division Manager
– Civil Engineering
As
the Division
Manager, you will develop a Business Plan for each year. You will be engaged in Business Development
activities within the region. You will
stay abreast of regional market conditions and plan ahead to achieve a good
balance between available staff resources and workload. You will monitor on-going projects and
provide advice and counsel when needed, work to resolve project issues and be
responsible for the technical and professional development of staff.
You
will perform duties as given.
Requirements:
· Bachelors in Civil
Engineering.
· Licensed
Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
· 10+ years of Project
Management experience.
· Familiar with
local Zoning Ordinances, Subdivision Regulations, System Design criteria, Surveying,
Construction Operations, and advanced concepts of Civil Engineering.
