As
a Building
Inspector, you will be responsible for preparing, conducting and
reviewing various types of inspections, such as Foundation, Underground
Utilities, Placement, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and New Construction or Construction
Revisions, for compliance with specifications.
You will be performing inspections, identifying problem areas and recommending
solutions. You will be performing recordkeeping
to maintain filing system, reports and documentation. You will be researching and evaluating Plans,
Specifications and Drawings. Also
providing Daily reports. You will be
interacting with the general public, Contractors, Technical professional and
Business to respond to inquiries and technical problems.
Requirements:
· Must be a Certified
Inspector.
· Must have 2+
years experience as a Construction Building Inspector.
