Project Engineer
– Residential Land Development
As
the Project
Engineer – Residential Land Development, you will plan, construct,
maintain, and operate technical projects necessary in Residential and Commercial
Land and Site Development from conception to completion. You will be working with recurring clients
and customers with their wants and needs for the projects, as well as oversee
and train Project Staff, and coordinate Engineers, Site Project Teams, and
various Site Contractors.
You
will be monitoring statistical trends in Land Development, participate in data
analysis to improve operations, estimate any resource requirements, and
communicate efficiently with other contracting companies to meet these
requirements.
You
will perform duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Bachelors
in Civil Engineering.
·
Must
be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas.
·
Must
have 3 to 4 years experience of Project Management.
