Drainage Engineer
As
a Roadway
/ Drainage Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing Plans and
Specifications, Scheduling, Cost Engineering and Estimating, and computing
Quantities and Design Construction Estimations.
You will be providing Design Services for Roadway Plans from start to
final for Interstate and Local Road/Street Projects. You will perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Bachelors of
Science in Civil Engineering.
· Must be a
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) in the State
of Texas.
· Must have 5+
years experience in Transportation design (Geometric design of Roadways,
Drainage and SWPPP.
· Must be
proficient in GEOPAK, Civil 3D and MicroStation.
· Must have knowledge
and experience with TxDOT Standards and Specification, Texas MUTCD, AASHTO
Green Book, TxDOT Manuals – Roadway Design Manual, Hydraulic Design Manual, and
Signs and Markings Manual.
