Development Project Manager
As
a Senior
Land Development Project Manager, you will responsible for planning, coordinating
and directing large Engineering projects as well as small projects with many
complex features. You will be
interacting with clients and other consultants.
You will oversee a team of Engineers-in-Training, Designers, and CAD
Draftsmen that produces the Construction Plans, Exhibits, Reports, etc for the
client projects. You will be responsible
for overseeing the development of Single-Family Residential and Commercial
Projects.
Requirements:

Bachelors
of Science in Civil Engineering
·
Must
be Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas.
·
Must
have 4 to 10 years of experience in Land Development in the Greater Gulf Coast
area.
