Practice Leader
As
a Senior
Transportation Practice Leader, you will be developing strategic plans
in the market sector, managing Business Development resources and budgets, and
building relationships with clients to grow the company. This position is a part of the Senior
Leadership Team and focuses on the overall performance of the state
Transportation practice. You will be directing Market Research Teams,
anticipating business opportunities and evaluating business market trends.
You
will be responsible for developing and retaining staff and contributing to the
Company’s performance. This is a
leadership role that will plan, organize, and supervise a staff of Professional
Engineers and Technicians including Sub-consultants. You will be responsible for project
decisions, technical strategies and to resolve issues of cost and scheduling.
Requirements:
· Bachelors of
Science in Civil/Transportation Engineering.
· Must be a
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas.
· Must have TxDOT
Precertifications.
· Must have 20+
years in project experience with 10+ years experience of Transportation
Projects and 7+ years experience of TxDOT.
· Must be familiar
with TxDOT Standards and Specification.
