Water Wastewater Civil EIT/PE
As a qualified, experienced, and innovative Water Wastewater Civil Engineer you will be
involved in the planning, design, and construction of municipal infrastructure facilities and projects.
Conducting surveys and inspections during site visits you will assist with data collection, compile assessments, and prepare reports. You will have a hand in the design of projects working with specifications and cost estimates. Work site observations and preparing government permits applications will be part of your routine as well as maintaining client relationships.
Job Requirements:
- BS in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years experience with a preference in a consulting engineering environment in water and wastewater discipline, utility design work including pipe, treatment plant, tank and pump station design in particular.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to conduct effective client presentations and written report preparation.
- Municipal client relationship experience.
- Progressive experience in planning, design, permitting, and construction administration of infrastructure improvements.
- Physically able to perform work in the field.
- Construction observation experience is a plus.
- Team player who is detail oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proficient in the use of standard Engineering software, specifically AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prefer experience with WaterCAD, KYPipe, or similar water distribution modeling software.
